Emergency roadside help

Priority Emergency Roadside Help

Active clients receive priority emergency support. Paid emergency service may be available for non-clients when technician availability, route conditions, weather, safety, service scope, and payment approval allow.

Client-priority notice

Active clients are always served first. Non-client emergency requests are reviewed based on technician availability, route capacity, weather, safety conditions, service scope, and payment approval. Dispatch is not guaranteed.

Safety first. If you are in immediate danger, involved in a crash, stopped in an active traffic lane, injured, or facing a life-safety emergency, call 911 first.

Who we help

Three clear service categories.

Big Deal Roadside is a client-priority roadside company. Here is how requests are handled depending on your relationship with us.

Active Clients

  • Receive priority emergency support
  • Receive package-covered roadside benefits according to their selected package
  • Receive routine Vehicle Safety & Reliability Assessments
  • Receive digital service reports and recommendations

Non-Client Emergency Customers

  • May request paid emergency-only roadside service
  • Pay the current retail service rate
  • Payment approval is required before dispatch
  • Do not receive routine assessments, package benefits, client pricing, or priority status
  • Service is subject to availability, capacity, weather, route, safety, and service scope

First-Time Prospects

  • May request one free first-time Vehicle Safety & Reliability Assessment by appointment
  • The free assessment is separate from emergency roadside service
  • First-time prospects are not emergency-priority clients unless they activate a client package

Payment policy

Non-Client Emergency Payment Policy

Please read this policy in full before requesting non-client emergency service.

Paid emergency service may be available for non-clients when technician availability, route conditions, weather, safety, service scope, and payment approval allow.

Non-client emergency service requires a 50% Emergency Dispatch Fee before a technician is dispatched. This fee covers dispatch review, technician availability, routing, travel time, and the on-scene service attempt.

The remaining service balance is due when the technician arrives and before service begins.

If the service is completed successfully, the Emergency Dispatch Fee is applied toward the total emergency service price.

If the technician is dispatched and service is attempted but cannot be completed due to vehicle condition, safety concerns, missing required vehicle equipment, customer cancellation after dispatch, wrong location, or conditions outside Big Deal Roadside’s service scope, the Emergency Dispatch Fee is retained and the remaining balance is not charged or is refunded if already collected.

If Big Deal Roadside cancels before dispatch or cannot send a technician after accepting payment, the customer receives a full refund.

Fuel delivery for non-clients is charged as a flat emergency service rate plus the actual fuel cost.
