Client-Priority Support

Big Deal Roadside is organized around active-client priority. Active clients receive priority emergency support, routine assessments, package-covered roadside benefits, and digital service records. Paid emergency service may be available for non-clients when capacity, route conditions, weather, safety, service scope, and payment approval allow.

Service Eligibility & Conditions

All service is subject to customer status, account standing, vehicle eligibility, operating territory, technician availability, route capacity, weather, safety conditions, service scope, and company policy. Active clients are always served first. Non-client emergency requests may be reviewed as paid retail emergency-only service and are accepted only when Big Deal Roadside confirms availability and payment is approved.
